POWERFINS - Training Fins - Lifesaving
Long awaited. Now available.
These polymer fins are the ideal complement to our fiberglass and carbon fiber competition fins, especially for lifesaving.
While the competition fins are designed for maximum performance, these fins are perfect for structured training sessions.
Training Uses
Technique Development
Strength and Endurance Training
High-Intensity Interval Training
Longer Training Distances with Reduced Foot Stress
Many WETiZ athletes already use these fins regularly in training.
The slightly softer material allows for longer periods of high intensity, as pressure and foot pain are reduced compared to tight competition fins.
The "Soft" version is particularly recommended for longer training distances and technique work.
Material & Variations

Coach's Note
Recommendation from Max Gebhardt
(State Coach Brandenburg, former DLRG National Team)
The large blade can reduce kick frequency with continuous use.
A reduced frequency can negatively impact speed.
Supplementary ankle stability training is required.
Targeted and measured use within the training plan is crucial.
Important Note for Young Athletes
These fins are not suitable for athletes under 12 years of age.
During growth, repeated high stress on the foot and ankle can have long-term effects on structural development.
The healthy and sustainable development of athletes should always be the priority.
